Women's 3rd Annual Rest and Recovery Retreat

Join us for our third-annual Women's Rest and Recovery Retreat at the beautiful Sea Crest Beach Resort in Falmouth, MA, situated on Old Silver Beach.
The retreat starts on Saturday, March 21st, at 9:00 am and ends on Sunday, March 22nd, at 12:00 pm.
For those choosing to stay Friday night, we will have a Speaker/Discussion meeting.
The resort features a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center for your enjoyment.
The cost of the retreat is *$150, which includes: -Breakfast and a substantial lunch on Saturday - Breakfast on Sunday
-A 90-minute gentle-restorative yoga session
*Does not include hotel room
*The room rate is $149.00 per night (not per person).
